At Darts Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new flights, shafts, or boards aren't hitting the mark, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely place them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
